As IT support officer you monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of INDEFF. You’re the first point of contact for all IT-related questions from your colleagues.
Some of your responsibilities:
Managing and maintaining all internal IT related systems:
To watch over and maintain all our IT related infrastructure and our applications, such as: Okta, Office 365 suite (mail, sharepoint, teams…), Box, VMware vSphere, laptops…
Regular checks on security, perform internal audits.
Training within your competence area:
IT onboarding of new employees
Providing basic user training
Giving expert advice:
Keep your knowledge up to date in your specific competence area
Providing support to the INDEFF staff
About You
You use detailed knowledge and expertise in your tasks, and you absorb easily new specific knowledge. Your domain of expertise: Infrastructures, ICT-platforms – and systems, Data, Cyber security, SAP, SharePoint, Azure, SaaS, Cloud, Networks, Office 365, Virtualization.
Preferably, you already have prior experience with a similar job.
You can work autonomously but you’re also a team player.
