Job description

Job Title: IT Support Officer

We are seeking an IT Support Officer for a public sector client in Armagh. The role involves supporting a wide range of IT systems, including maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and configuration. You will provide hardware and software support to professionals within the organization, covering Microsoft/Windows systems, laptops, PCs, printers, mobiles, and network support such as setup and configuration of hubs and routers. The position is primarily on-site at the Armagh office, with occasional travel to other sites across NI.

Working Hours

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, generally 9-5.
