Job summary

Qualifications

  • GMP-regulated computerised systems experience is required.
  • Degree in a relevant field would be advantageous.
  • Strong technical knowledge of OS, networking, hardware and end-user support.
  • Proven direct line management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day to day IT Support operations, ensuring reliable, high performing services and systems across the business.
  • Manage and develop the IT Support team, prioritising workloads and ensuring timely resolution of incidents, requests and user issues.
  • Ensure IT operations remain compliant with GxP, Data Integrity, Information Security, validation and change control requirements.
  • Own and continuously improve ITSM processes, including Incident, Request, Problem, Knowledge and Major Incident Management.
  • Oversee IT hardware, software, collaboration platforms, asset lifecycle management and operational procurement activities.
  • Manage third party suppliers and service providers, ensuring agreed service levels, compliance and delivery commitments are achieved.
  • Drive cyber security, identity and access management, business continuity and disaster recovery activities, including audit and inspection support.
  • Monitor service performance through KPIs and customer feedback, championing continuous improvement, automation and a customer focused support culture.

We’re currently recruiting for anIT Support Manager to join our Information Systems team. We are looking for:
  • Proven experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure and GMP-regulated computerised systems within a regulated environment.
  • A degree in a relevant field or HNC/HND would be advantageous.
  • Strong technical knowledge of operating systems, networking, hardware, software and end-user support.
  • Proven direct line management experience, with a strong track record of leadership, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
