Job description

Founded in 2012, LADbible Group is redefining entertainment and news for a social generation. Our global community engages with our content–spanning editorial, video, documentary and live – we reach 1 billion people each and every month. Our mission is to give the youth generation a voice by building communities that laugh, think and act. Using all major platforms, we’ve rapidly risen to become one of the world's largest publishers.

As our IT Support Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind our IT support operations across our Manchester HQ and London office. You’ll lead a small but mighty team of IT Support Analysts, taking ownership of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support. Whether it's managing complex issues, maintaining security protocols, or making sure the tech setup runs smoothly for our senior leadership – this is a hands-on role with real impact.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a distributed team of IT Support Analysts.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day support ops and ensuring high-quality issue resolution.
  • Acting as the escalation point for anything from a locked-out account to complex networking issues.
  • Rolling out and refining IT support processes and workflows.
  • Owning IT support budget and asset lifecycle — from software licensing to hardware procurement.
  • Championing IT security protocols and compliance.
  • Supporting AV and meeting room setups, especially during board meetings and key events.
  • Building strong relationships across departments — becoming the face of IT support.
Your Tech Toolkit
  • Microsoft Office 365, Entra
  • JAMF, Intune MDM
  • Windows 11, macOS
  • Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Meraki / Unifi networking
  • Zendesk ticketing
  • Sophos Endpoint, Microsoft Defender
What You Bring to the Table
  • Solid experience in 1st–3rd line support roles, ideally in a creative, high-energy environment.
  • Leadership experience — you know how to grow and support a team.
  • A strong handle on IT infrastructure, device management, and security best practices.
  • Top-notch communication and collaboration skills — you're approachable, calm under pressure, and solutions-oriented.
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked in media, entertainment, or publishing, or have hands-on experience with creative tools like Adobe Premiere or Frame.io.
Extra Kudos If You Have:
  • VIP support experience
  • Familiarity with video editing or storage workflows
  • Automation or scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash)
  • ITIL v4 certification or equivalent
