The Role:
We’re looking for a tech-savvy, organised individual to manage system integrations and deliver day-to-day IT support. You’ll be the key link between users, developers, and vendors—ensuring smooth data flow and fast issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create, manage, and maintain XML feeds and API integrations
• Troubleshoot data exchange and connectivity issues
• Provide internal IT support (via email, phone, WhatsApp)
• Maintain integration logs, support tickets, and documentation
• Support system testing, updates, and process improvements

What You’ll Bring:
• Strong communication and technical problem-solving skills
• Highly organised, analytical, and proactive
• Ability to work with internal teams and external vendors effectively
• Confident working with Excel, CRMs, and support platforms

Desirable:
• Previous IT support or integration experience
• Familiarity with SaaS tools, ticketing platforms, and data formatting
• Understanding of APIs and XML systems connectivity
• Experience with XML feed creation and integration
