The Position

To join our internal IT team, we are seeking an IT Support Engineer.

No two days are the same in this dynamic, hands-on role. Supporting approximately 100 users as part of a committed in-house team, you will be responsible for daily user support, quick fixes for the first line, and delving into technical issues with the second line. Depending on your interests and abilities, you may also take on more complicated third line work.

Assist our users

As a vital member of the IT team, you will effectively manage service and support requests with the goal of providing our users with an outstanding experience.

Get your hands dirty and troubleshoot and fix technical problems with hardware, software, and connectivity, elevating as necessary.

System Administration & Maintenance

To manage devices, upgrades, and security configurations, go behind the hood.

Maintain a careful eye on our IT infrastructure, keeping an eye on performance and applying best practices to ensure stability and security.

Training and Documentation for End Users

Provide amiable and practical training to help users get the most out of our technology.

Maintain a clear and concise knowledge base so that anyone may quickly locate solutions when something goes wrong.

Support for IT Projects

Participate in new technology rollouts, whether they involve complete migrations, significant updates, or new software.

Collaborate with colleagues within the company to ensure that new tools are implemented successfully and benefit people.
