1. Provide technical support to clients, troubleshooting IT issues across various hardware and software systems.

3. Collaborate with internal and external teams to diagnose and resolve technical problems.

Skills Required:

1. Previous experience in an IT Support environment.
2. Knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and Office 365.
3. Familiarity with networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
4. Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
5. Excellent customer service skills, whether remote or face-to-face.
