Exciting Opportunity in IT Support

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our expanding mobile team. This role requires flexibility, drive, and a strong team spirit, as well as the ability to work independently while supporting key clients with their IT support needs.

Role Overview:

  • Mobile position requiring travel throughout our region, including Worcester, Gloucester, South West UK, and South Wales. Own vehicle essential.

  • Responsible for providing IT support solutions to key clients.

  • Willingness and capability to undergo Government and customer clearances required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support hardware break fix tasks; prior experience preferred, with training provided.

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft product suite (Windows 7/10 & 11, Office365) essential.

  • Strong customer-facing skills and effective communication abilities crucial.

Contract Details:

  • Location: Bristol, UK

  • Rate: £120 - £140 per day

  • Duration: 7-month contract

Additional Requirements:

  • Availability for on-call duties as part of a rotational schedule, if needed.
