IT Support Engineer

Are you an experienced IT Support Engineer looking for your next challenge? We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation within the travel sector, renowned for providing personalised technology solutions to independent partners across the UK. This fully remote role offers a salary of circa £35,000 and a comprehensive benefits package. Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity.

• Manage Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure environments, including device and policy configuration.

• Maintain supplier relationships, oversee equipment procurement, and manage inventory through the CMDB.

• Support employee onboarding by ensuring timely setup of hardware, software, and user accounts.

• Drive improvements through automation and contribute to IT project rollouts and upgrades.

What Experience is Required

• Proven experience in IT support with strong troubleshooting skills.

• Hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 and Intune environments.

• Basic PowerShell scripting and experience using ITSM platforms such as HALO.
