Role:

  • As operations for a number of clients continue to expand, we now seek to appoint a skilled IT support engineer, based at our dedicated Deployment Centre in Basingstoke, that can resolve and prepare various desktop solutions, ready for distribution to our large-scale corporate clients across the UK.
  • Providing a centralised preparation and deployment service at the center, you will take responsibility for imaging, preparation and pre-shipment testing - ensuring that the equipment is fully operational, ready for redeployment onsite.
  • This role is also responsible for ensuring all logistical and inventory needs within the warehousing is met allowing zero delays and a seamless RTB operation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the delivery of IT support services
  • Diagnostic & support capabilities using standard Windows-based applications & tools (such as M365, Win10, A.D & SCCM)
  • Experience that includes SCCM Build & Deployment as well as ticketing systems (ServiceNOW)
  • Due to the varied nature of the role, it may be subject to enhanced referencing or vetting
