IT Support Engineer - 30,000 per annum - Bradford

Principal IT are working with an industry leading bathroom distribution company that are looking for an IT support engineer to join their team. In this role you will play a vital part in supporting their future strategy. They are looking for someone who is passionate about continuous professional development and has an innovative approach to incorporating new technologies into their operations. The successful candidate will become an integral part of the forward-thinking IT team.

Supporting employees across two sites in Bradford, you will be the first point of contact to ensure seamless day to day operating continues as normal.

Key Responsibilities/Skills
  • User support, by phone, in person and remote for all IT problems.
  • Windows 11, applications, hardware or software faults, printers and software supported by outside companies.
  • Build, set up and install new pcs for new users - Mobile phones and pda AD, VPN, o365, Voip phones, and other applications.
  • Configure switches and ports for VLan.
  • Windows server experience 2019, Hyper-V.
  • Building, installing, patching (software and cabling)
  • Disaster recovery
  • Contribute to companywide projects
  • Experience working on Business Central an advantage but not essential
