We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the migration and refresh of devices, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to users. This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to work closely with the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain the Refresh Clinic.

Transport devices from the onsite storage location to the Refresh Clinic as directed.

Log in to systems using provided devices, following instructions from the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager.

Collect existing devices from users and distribute new devices according to the migration schedule.

Ensure the correct number of devices are handed over and collected in line with the migration schedule.

Accurately update the workflow management system at all relevant steps.

Promptly report any issues arising from migration activities and escalate unresolved issues.

Conduct daily manual stock checks and report findings.

Place collected devices in the appropriate packaging and mark them for disposal or refurbishment according to the device Designation Rules.

Move all devices and equipment back to the onsite storage location at the end of each day.

Key Requirements:

Must have SC Clearance or be willing to go through SC Clearance.

Must possess a UK passport.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.

Excellent communication skills for reporting and escalating issues.

Experience with device management and migration processes is a plus.
