Job description

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an IT Support Engineer in the Enterprise IT department, you will work with a talented team of IT Engineers across multiple offices in Europe, North America, and South America to deliver the best IT experience to our employees.

You will gain hands-on experience with new technologies, cloud systems, and networking infrastructure.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Preparing and configuring new hardware for internal employees.
  • Being the first point of contact in your respective office location.
  • Resolving internal tickets using our Jira ticketing system.
  • Collaborating closely with other teams within the Enterprise IT department.
  • Maintaining the Asset inventory system to ensure accurate data of IT assets.
QUALIFICATIONS

Our successful candidate will possess the following:

Essential skills
  • Knowledge of different operating systems such as Windows, Mac OS, iOS, and Android.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain and improve internal and employee-facing documentation.
Nice to have skills
  • Understanding of network principles and protocols.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based environments such as Google Admin and Azure.
