Step into a key role at ArvatoConnect as an IT Support Engineer, where every day brings fresh challenges and opportunities to make a difference. You’ll be the go-to problem solver, supporting colleagues with everything from software and hardware queries to cloud technologies like Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS. Working within a friendly, collaborative team, you’ll handle incidents, maintain systems, and ensure our IT services run seamlessly. With the flexibility to work both in the office and from home, you’ll have the space to do your best work while building your expertise across a wide range of technologies.

What you'll do:

  • Respond to incidents and service requests promptly, taking ownership through to resolution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across hardware, software, and cloud platforms.
  • Maintain and manage devices, peripherals, and stock levels.
  • Apply OS and software updates, patch Windows servers, and manage antivirus tools.
  • Support Microsoft 365 services, including Intune, Exchange Online, and Defender.
  • Build and maintain end-user devices using Microsoft technologies.
  • Manage VPN, printing solutions, and web proxy configurations.
  • Keep team documentation up to date and support audit requirements.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and IT best practices.
  • Occasionally work outside standard hours to support planned critical activities.

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Proven track record in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 platforms.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Experience with Azure, AWS, Active Directory, Group Policy, and patching tools.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Organised, adaptable, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Eligible for SC clearance - must have lived in the UK for at least the past five years.

Experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365 platforms.

Ability to meet deadlines and work to defined SLAs.

A genuine interest in technology and a proactive approach to learning new skills.

Flexibility to be able to support out of hours.
