Bristow Holland are excited to be working with a well-established organisation based in Stowmarket who are looking to add an IT Support Engineer to their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid 2nd line experience who enjoys helping users, solving problems, and working with a range of technologies. You’ll be providing day-to-day support, helping to keep everything running smoothly, and getting involved in interesting IT projects along the way.
Responsibilities
Providing 2nd line support to users across the business (in person and remotely)
Supporting and maintaining laptops, desktops, mobile phones, printers, and other IT equipment
Managing user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
Handling laptop builds and setting up new devices using Autopilot and Intune
Logging and updating support tickets in the helpdesk system
Assisting with basic network and server support
Supporting meeting room tech and video conferencing tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.)
Helping to manage IT equipment and keep asset records up to date
Working closely with other IT team members and providing great customer service
Key Skills
Experience in a 2nd line IT support role
Good knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
Experience with Intune, SCCM, or Autopilot would be a bonus
A strong problem-solver with a helpful attitude
Confident communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
