Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support across the business for hardware and software issues

• Configure and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers

• Administer and enhance Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, and Azure services

• Maintain up-to-date documentation of systems and IT processes

• Support the implementation of IT policies and procedures

What Experience is Required

• Strong knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft 365 applications

• Experience with hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting

• Understanding of networking concepts including LAN/WAN/WLAN
