Omegro Business Unit - VBU - Verilocation Transport

Job Summary: We’re looking for a proactive IT Support Engineer to join our Core Platform team, supporting end-users and maintaining key business systems while gaining hands-on experience with modern cloud and infrastructure technologies. You’ll work across hardware, software, and networking, assist with ISO compliance, and have opportunities to collaborate with developers, platform engineers, and DBAs to expand your skills into Azure, automation, and more.

What You’ll Do
  • Support laptops, mobiles, and other hardware
  • Handle onboarding/offboarding of staff
  • Provide 1st/2nd line support for Office 365 and other applications
  • Manage users, groups, and licenses in Microsoft Entra ID
  • Assist with networking tasks (cabling, IP troubleshooting, switch checks)
  • Help maintain server racks and in-house infrastructure
  • Keep documentation up-to-date and assist with ISO 27001 compliance
  • Take part in out-of-hours support (shift-based) with shift allowance
What We’re Looking For
  • IT support experience (1st/2nd line) in a Microsoft-focused environment
  • Strong Office 365 skills and familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID
  • Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, switches)
  • Good organisational and documentation skills
