Are you an experienced IT Support Engineer seeking a varied and hands-on role? A brilliant opportunity has arisen for an IT Support Engineer to join a well-established, forward-thinking organisation based in West Malling, Kent. Duties & Responsibilities

Provide first-line IT support to users across office, site and remote locations

Log and manage incidents using a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution or escalation

Deliver support via phone, remote desktop, and in-person where necessary

Configure and deploy user devices, applications, and network hardware

Assist in creating training materials and delivering occasional user training sessions

What Experience is Required

2+ years in a hands-on IT support role within a Microsoft-based environment

Experience supporting Windows PCs, Office 365, Azure, and networking technologies

Strong customer service skills with a proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving

Salary & Benefits

Salary of £30,000

Monday to Friday working hours, 8am to 5pm with 1-hour break

Based in West Malling, Kent easily commutable from Maidstone, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Rochester, Aylesford, and surrounding areas.
