Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Bied hands-on ondersteuning op eindgebruikerwerkplekken en bij productie.
  • Voer IMACD-verzoeken en standaardwijzigingen uit via achtereenvolgende processen.
  • Beheer de voorraad van hardware van eindgebruikers.

Job description

Our client is seeking an Onsite IT Support Engineer on a long-term temporary basis, working 3 full days per week.

The Onsite IT Support Engineer will handle incidents and requests that can only be carried out onsite. They will provide onsite support and manage the end-user workplace, serving as hands-and-eyes for IT colleagues who offer both onsite and remote support. Responsibilities include processing and following up on logged incidents and requests using existing ITSM tools, following established processes and procedures.

  • Collaborate with the IT Manager to implement innovative processes and solutions to maximize department and company efficiencies.

  • Maintain excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities & Expertise

  • Provide hands-on support at end-user workplaces, both in offices and at production locations, including cases with resolution times exceeding 15 minutes.
  • Execute and support IMACD requests and standard changes via standard processes and order portals.
  • Support migrations and project work, such as system migrations (e.g., Windows 7 to Windows 10).
  • Assist colleagues managing remote IT systems.
  • Manage stock of end-user hardware and workplace supplies.

Compliance

  • Comply with all relevant policies, procedures, and risk assessments.
  • Complete tasks accurately and promptly.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Knowledge of ITIL principles.
  • Experience managing Active Directory user and computer objects.
  • Troubleshooting skills for Windows, Microsoft Office, and network issues.
  • Experience with end-user hardware, printers, and production components.
  • Consultancy skills for hardware and mobile devices (Android/iOS).
  • Deployment experience using SCCM, Intune, or similar tools.
