Job description

IT Support Engineer | £300 Per/Day (Outside IR35) | 3 Days per Week Onsite (London)

Here at Burns Sheehan, we are working exclusively with an industry leading FinTech scale-up who are looking to add to their IT Support function.

They are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join for an initial 3-Month period to help resolve 1st and 2nd Line issues. You will work with a fellow engineer and reporting into the Head of Security, to act as the 1st point of contact for all End User Support Issues.

Requirements / Tech-Stack:

  • 1st and 2nd Line Support for internal Infrastructure
  • Mac / Windows troubleshooting experience
  • Google Workspace knowledge as well as experience with Slack (preferable)
  • Experience working with Communication, AV Systems, Printing Services, Networking
  • Project Management / Delivery end-to-end
  • Excellent Communication and Service skills
