As an IT Support Engineer, you will work as part of the IT Team to provide a proactive and professional IT service for Liverpool John Lennon Airport and Air Traffic Control Services Limited.

Your responsibilities will include working with the Head of IT to maintain and support various IT systems and services across the Airport. You will maintain IT assets, ensuring accurate information and support are provided, and support the implementation of IT projects with both in-house and third-party solutions. You will be a key member of the Airport team, delivering professional and valued support services across the site.

1. Previous experience supporting IT systems
2. Previous experience implementing IT systems
3. Experience supporting people
4. Experience with Microsoft 365 products
5. High attention to detail and accuracy
6. Strong problem-solving skills
7. Good organizational skills
8. Excellent time management and planning skills to meet targets and objectives
9. Good communication skills
10. Effective listening skills
11. Ability to work well under pressure
