Job Description:

IT Support Engineer needed to join a small team at their Leeds offices (onsite daily). We’re looking for someone with excellent infrastructure support skills, a proactive and inquisitive approach, and excellent communication skills. You will undertake a mix of support tasks and project work that will challenge and excite you within a small but supportive team.

Required Skills:

• Microsoft 365 including Entra (Identity), Exchange (Email), Defender (Security), and Intune (Endpoint Management).
• Understanding of Networking, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, Switches, and firewalls.
• Experience with security best practices, including MFA, SSO, endpoint protection, access controls, and phishing prevention.
• Supporting Windows (and some Mac devices), mobile devices, AV equipment, tablets, and other IT hardware.
• A proactive, curious, and positive attitude, eager to own projects.

Responsibilities:

This role involves a mix of 1st to 3rd line support challenges and project work. You will support approximately 100 users across various MS and network technologies. You will help ensure systems run smoothly and securely, support tech rollouts, migrations, upgrades, monitor performance, security, and manage devices and updates. You will collaborate across the organization to optimize processes and improve user experience, always seeking sustainable and efficient solutions.
