IT Support Engineer – Leeds / Hybrid

£26,000 - £30,000 + bonuses, 35-hour work week and great benefits

This profitable and growing organisation requires an experienced IT Support Engineer to join their established team, providing remote, email, and in-person technical support to hundreds of users. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will record, diagnose, and resolve technical support issues, perform routine maintenance, process service requests, and lead projects, among other IT responsibilities.

While the majority of work will be done from home, candidates should ideally live in West Yorkshire, with the ability to travel to central Leeds at short notice.

  • Experience with Intune, PowerShell, Fresh Service, Entra ID, Security (desirable)
