Are you currently working at 2nd line, and looking to join a company that offers training, development, and progression? Then this is the job for you. Due to growth, our client is looking to add to their team.

As an IT Support Engineer, you’ll be based in the Lancaster office for an MSP supporting nearly 300 clients. Our client has recently won contracts and needs to expand their tech team. They are heading in the right direction.

This MSP is seeking a Microsoft-biased engineer who is ready for the next step in their career. The role involves approximately 50% ticket work and 50% project work. It’s a dynamic environment requiring someone who is proactive and team-oriented.

The company encourages team development and promotes continuous upskilling, offering opportunities for advancement. One employee started as an apprentice and became a shareholder!

You will work in a team of 6 analysts, resolving IT issues for external clients to ensure their business operations run smoothly. The role requires customer focus and managing client expectations.

If you have hands-on experience in another MSP and can start immediately, this could be the right opportunity for you. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

A driving license is preferred for visiting customer sites.
