Working Mon – Fri, 08:30 – 17:00, you will provide first and second line IT support to the users of the Company’s Computer and Telephony Systems. You will mainly work locally, with occasional visits to other sites within our network to provide IT support, liaising with external suppliers, and delivering IT products & services to the business. You will also assist in compiling technical documentation, guidelines, and procedures, ensuring they are shared effectively, and manage IT projects across the wider business.

The successful candidate will have two or more years of experience in an IT support role, preferably with some project management exposure. They should be capable of producing and maintaining technical documentation and working independently using their initiative.
