A leading technology organization in the United Kingdom is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join their collaborative IT team. This is a hands-on role where you'll support, improve and secure the IT environment across our Melbourn campus. You'll work across 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support, lead technical improvements, liaise with team members on trickier issues. This role will provide opportunities to strengthen and expand the skills you possess in areas such as; device management and cybersecurity, while shaping how we use Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune and modern endpoint tools as we grow. What you'll do You'll be part of a small, collaborative IT team, supporting colleagues on site and remotely. Day to day, you'll help make sure systems are reliable, secure and simple to use. You will:
