The role includes remote troubleshooting, on-site installations, and working with Managed Service Providers. The position offers flexible working conditions with home-based options available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in IT Support.
• Experience working within a Managed Service Provider.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity working as an based locally to Berkshire or Surrey?

The position will involve visiting customer sites when required, when you’re not on site the role can be home based!

Main Duties of the Role

Your Skills and Experience

• 5+ years’ experience in IT Support
• Experience working within a Managed Service Provider
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Driving License & Car
• £34,000-£38,000 per annum, depending on experience
