Job Title: IT Helpdesk Support

Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 DOE

We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Helpdesk Support technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for staff with technical issues
  • Assist with hardware build and maintenance
  • Respond to queries via phone, email, and other channels
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Provide excellent customer service and coordinate with other departments
Skills and Requirements:
  • Support users at 1st/2nd line level
  • Good knowledge of hardware and software
  • Experience with Windows and/or Mac OS
  • Support/troubleshoot laptops, PCs, and printers
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Driving license and own vehicle
