IT Support Engineer | £30,000 to £35,000 | Newark-on-Trent + Travel to various locations | Driving Licence required

Working for a business with numerous offices across Lincolnshire, you will be responsible for providing IT support for all staff across multiple sites, both in person and remotely.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identifying and resolving IT issues both remotely and in person
• Installing desktop/server software and hardware
• Proactive server and desktop maintenance
• In-depth troubleshooting of advanced issues
• Assisting with the day-to-day management of the IT systems

Skills:

• Previous experience within an IT Support function
• Good working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems including Windows 11 and Windows Servers
• Experience with Microsoft 365/Exchange administration
• Understanding of basic networking principles
• Full UK Driving License is essential
