The position supports planning, implementing, and managing the operating systems for all Device Manager environments, with emphasis on ensuring ATM fault dispatching profiles and related actions are accurate. These services will migrate onto the Vision solution in 2025.

Resourcefulness is essential in this role. The ability to diagnose and resolve problems quickly, communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and users, and ensure smooth operation of our Device Manager/Vision solution are key responsibilities.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities
  1. Proactively maintain and monitor Device Manager and Vision services, performing quality assurance for North America, Canada, and Europe, with emphasis on SQL services.
  2. Resolve 'Service Now' requests related to issues and changes, including client and ATM updates, report creation, and maintenance linked to the Device Manager/Vision service and ATM estate.
  3. Create and run data analysis and extracts as needed by operational and business teams.
  4. Perform workflow changes and build within Vision to ensure dispatching accuracy and incorporate new/changed fault codes.
  5. Create and maintain new Splunk dashboards by extracting/inputting information from databases.
  6. Maintain systems administration of Device Manager and Vision applications under the direction of the IT manager.
  7. Identify opportunities and implement system monitoring, corrective actions, system refreshes, hardware replacements, software upgrades, and application modifications.
  8. Troubleshoot network, infrastructure, or application issues, identify root causes, establish return to service, and develop mitigation strategies.
  9. Manage escalations, initiate bridge calls, and collaborate with specialist teams to resolve problems; support root cause analysis.
  10. Proactively seek and implement process improvements, document technical diagrams and procedures.
  11. Interact with IT staff or vendors for testing, support, and troubleshooting with minimal supervision.
  12. Monitor virtual server performance and capacity to ensure optimal performance.
  13. Participate in on-call support for after-hours emergencies.
  14. Complete projects on time and produce necessary documentation.
  15. Support miscellaneous Device Manager communications tasks as needed.
Education And/Or Experience
  1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
  2. At least 2 years’ experience with MS SQL Server, SSRS report creation, data mining, and statistics fundamentals.
  3. Minimum 2 years supporting Microsoft Windows environments.
  4. At least 2 years’ experience in Information Technology.
