The Role

This role is based out of the Colchester office and is with one of the UK's leading MSPs. Within the role, you'll have the opportunity to tackle a range of technical issues covering 1st and 2nd line duties. The role gives you the opportunity to pick up skills in a range of different areas from virtualization and servers through to networking and the cloud. Given the MSP nature, it will be a fast-paced environment, but this will only aid you in picking up new skills and developing your career.

There is a field-based element to this role, where you will be required to visit client sites and provide technical support. A full UK driver's license is essential.

Your day-to-day will consist of the following:

Installing, maintaining, configuring, and supporting the infrastructure and systems
Efficiently resolving technical incidents and problems
Playing a pivotal role in a range of different projects of both medium and large scale nature
Developing and producing high-quality IT documentation, following the correct procedures
Orchestrating and initiating changes to infrastructure systems
