A leading research firm in London seeks an IT Support Engineer to join their Business Operations team. You will provide front-line support, assist users with IT issues, and maintain documentation. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in IT support, is proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office, and enjoys interacting with staff at all levels. The firm promotes a collaborative and inclusive work culture.
