Location: London & Surrounding Areas

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing cover for sickness, holidays, and resource-on-demand requests.
  • Supporting desktop and laptop hardware/software in Windows 10/11 environments (HP, Dell, Lenovo).
  • Assisting with Mac OS devices (MacBooks and desktops).
  • Troubleshooting and supporting Microsoft Office 365 and Teams.
  • Handling mobile devices (Apple, Android, and others).
  • Navigating operating systems to recreate shortcuts and optimize user experience.
  • Performing workstation setups, moves, and changes.
  • Delivering excellent customer service with professionalism and empathy.
