We are recruiting for an IT Support Engineer to join a global technology business based in Cheltenham, offering a salary in the region of £30,000 plus excellent benefits. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to enterprise clients via phone, email, and web-based tools.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to software installations and configurations.

  • Record, manage and track incidents using an internal support system.

  • Collaborate with senior support engineers and developers to resolve complex issues.

  • Attend regular team meetings to review ongoing support cases and share knowledge.

What Experience is Required

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a technical support or helpdesk role, or 2 years of a computer science degree.

  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with excellent communication.

  • Experience in a customer-facing support environment, ideally involving software products.
