Your Role

The IT Support Engineer will be essential to our IT operations, ensuring seamless technology experiences for end users. Responsibilities include receiving, prioritising, documenting, and resolving help requests, providing hands-on support, administering systems and hardware, and collaborating with IT Operations Managers on core projects.

What You Need to Succeed
  • Proficiency in desktop, laptop, and server hardware.
  • Experience with virtualisation technologies (VMWare & Hyper-V).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, and Windows Operating Systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Flexibility to travel across UK & Ireland.
