We are seeking a Deployment Engineer to assist with the rollout and refresh of Windows and Apple (iPhone) devices. This role involves providing onsite/on-call assistance to end-users to ensure optimal service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy and set up Windows laptops/desktops and Apple iPhones.
  • Assist with basic configuration, account setup, and email access.
  • Ensure all devices are properly labeled and recorded.
  • Support end-users during the handover process.
  • Collect old devices and ensure proper documentation.
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware/software issues on-site.
Requirements:
  • Experience with Windows OS and Apple (iOS) devices.
  • Basic knowledge of user account setup and email configuration.
  • Good communication and customer support skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Physically able to handle and move IT equipment.
