Job Overview:

We are seeking a Deployment Engineer to assist with the rollout and refresh of Windows and Apple (iPhone) devices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deploy and set up Windows laptops/desktops and Apple iPhones.
2. Assist with basic configuration, account setup, and email access.
3. Ensure all devices are properly labeled and recorded.
4. Support end-users during the handover process.
5. Collect old devices and ensure proper documentation.
6. Troubleshoot basic hardware/software issues on-site.

Requirements:

• Experience with Windows OS and Apple (iOS) devices.
• Basic knowledge of user account setup and email configuration.
• Good communication and customer support skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Physically able to handle and move IT equipment.
