As an IT Support Apprentice, you will play a vital role in delivering first-level support and guidance to our users. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing First-Level Support: Assist users with IT equipment and services, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Help with the rollout and maintenance of desktop equipment.
  • Security Management: Apply security updates and conduct regular audits of hardware and software.
  • Documentation: Assist in completing and maintaining relevant documentation, including incident reports and help desk reports.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other IT department members to provide technical assistance and support.
