This role is to provide 1st line support for both hardware and software, covering desktop PCs, laptops, tablet/mobile devices, audiovisual & networking equipment, along with identifying & assisting with technical problem resolution. You will learn all aspects of delivering IT support, from end-user devices, servers & networking infrastructure.

Working Week: Monday to Friday between 8am-4pm.
