IT Support Analyst x 2 - Exeter - New!

Location: Exeter (Hybrid)

A leading organisation - with offices throughout the South West - requires a number of IT Support Analysts to join its growing team.

Suitable candidates will have the following relevent experience:

• Previous experience of working in a helpdesk environment
• Experienced with Windows 10/11 support and troubleshooting
• Experienced with iOS mobile phone support
• Experienced with Office 365 suite support and management
• An understanding of Active Directory/Group Policy
• Basic networking skills, WI-FI, and network cabling

Additionally. exposure to the folloiwng would be advantageous:

• Experience of managing devices within Intune
• Experience supporting professional services environments
• Experience managing mailboxes within Exchange Online
• Ability to read and understand basic PowerShell commands and scripts
