You will work alongside experienced colleagues, supporting a user base of several hundred across multiple offices. Your role involves providing end-to-end IT support, contributing to system improvements, and engaging in impactful projects.
Your responsibilities include delivering hands-on support for hardware and software, responding to service desk requests, managing user accounts, troubleshooting issues, supporting software deployments, and assisting with technology rollouts.
