IT Support Analyst (2nd/3rd Line) x 3 - New! (REFGJ23)

Due to periods of growth and expansion, a leading organisation is recruiting now. My client is looking for talented 2nd Line/3rd Line IT Support Analysts to join their team and provide outstanding support to their customers.

Ideal candidates will have the following:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in 2nd/3rd line support
  • Knowledge of virtualisation software and cloud services such as Azure and AWS
  • Good troubleshooting/problem solving skills
  • Network & Firewall knowledge and troubleshooting
  • Windows server administration

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive maintenance of client networks
  • Managing new workstation builds and user setups
  • Engaging in technical projects, including meeting clients and delivering onsite support with the team
  • Implementing policy and procedure in collaboration with the team
  • Training and developing junior team members
