IT Support Analyst

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a IT Support Analyst based in Cambridgeshire for an initial 6 month contract.

Job Spec:
As an IT Support Analyst you will provide technical expertise for our client’s communication and collaboration tools including Zoom, Slack, Microsoft 365, Google, meeting rooms, events and workplace services such as digital signage, visitor management and booking systems.

Main Responsibilities:
Provide IT support for incidents and requests, lead changes in admin portals and help the adoption of new and existing features through great relationships with our vendors, fellow IT team and key collaborators.

Key Skills:

* Zoom meetings, webinars, rooms, phone and digital signage
* Slack workspaces, channels, invite members and creating apps
* Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams and SharePoint
* Able to learn new applications from a colleague and IT perspective quickly
* Written and verbal communication with colleagues across the business
* Working with vendors to understand new features and helping with support
* Handling IT support tickets to IT service standards

Desirable Skills:

* Using identity and access management systems
* Triaging meeting room issues and supporting live events
* Using AI tools including Microsoft Copilot, Zoom AI Companion and OpenAI ChatGPT
* Experience with deploying new applications and services
* Navigating ServiceNow to manage IT tickets
* Creating and presenting reports on IT performance
* Identifying improvements to support processes
