Our client is undergoing a transformation in their IT team, shifting from a fully outsourced model to building an in-house capability. With a new Interim IT Director in place, they are now looking for an IT Support Analyst to manage the day-to-day IT operations and provide 1st and 2nd line support across the business.
Responsibilities
Provide 1st and 2nd line support to internal users
Resolve IT support tickets and troubleshoot technical issues
Issue and set up new IT equipment for users
Assist with WiFi troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft stack – M365, Teams, Active Directory, and Office 365
Ability to manage and maintain IT systems
Experience supporting printers and label printing machines
