Responsibilities
  • Resolving incidents and issues directly from customers and escalation from 1st Line teams
  • Executing client server changes accurately and effectively
  • Adhering and responding to agreed SLAs
  • Administer routine server tasks and respond to alerts
  • Assisting with customer project work where necessary
  • Taking ownership of customer issues
  • Occasional travel to client sites
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Experience working in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft OS/Office 365/Exchange/Active Directory/Group Policy
  • Strong understanding of Windows Server
  • Experience working with virtualised servers/VMware/HyperV
  • Experience working with Networking Technologies
