Role Overview
The IT Support Analyst plays a key role in maintaining and supporting Ocasa’s IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring colleagues have the tools and assistance they need to work effectively. This hands-on role will be primarily responsible for providing end-user support, managing key business applications and resolving technical issues across hardware, software and networks. A proactive and service-oriented approach is essential, with a focus on delivering reliable IT support and contributing to the continuous improvement of Ocasa's technological infrastructure.
