Key Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive IT support to end-users, both onsite and remotely
  • Monitor and manage the IT support ticket queue, ensuring timely resolution
  • Prioritise and escalate technical issues as needed
  • Maintain clear documentation of issues and resolutions
  • Develop strong relationships with users to understand and resolve their concerns
  • Utilise diagnostic tools and knowledge bases for troubleshooting
  • Configure and maintain user profiles and system access
  • Assist with hardware setup, installation, and maintenance
  • Support key applications, including Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365

Skills & Experience Required

  • At least one year of experience in an IT Support role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and hardware troubleshooting
  • Experience with Android and iOS devices (preferably in an MDM environment)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
  • A passion for delivering top-tier customer service
  • Experience working within SLA-driven environments
