Medirest Signature recherche un Analyste Support IT basé à Ipswich pour rejoindre l'équipe de support. Your role and responsibilities
Are you ready to be the first point of contact for colleagues experiencing IT issues? In this dynamic role, no two moments are the same-one minute you could be troubleshooting connectivity or mobile phone issues, the next you're amending file permissions or restoring lost files. You'll handle a wide range of IT-related queries across multiple support channels, offering clear, practical advice and solutions. With a strong focus on customer care, you'll communicate with empathy, manage expectations, and take ownership of each interaction. You'll also contribute to the IT Operations team's goals by prioritising tasks, investigating complex issues, and implementing technical solutions with minimal supervision.
