As part of continuing business growth, an IT Support Analyst is required to join one of the region's most successful accountancy firms. The successful IT Support Analyst will be the 1st line of support on a busy helpdesk, dealing with IT issues. Following a successful probation, you will be able to work from home up to 2 days a week.
The Role
The IT Support Analyst will join the IT team of a growing top 40 accountancy firm with offices in central and southern England, as they seek to provide an exceptional support service to c.500 users. The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for picking up helpdesk queries and investigating their resolution, or passing on to the 2nd line where appropriate.
