The Managed Services IT Analyst Role:

As a Managed Services IT Analyst, you’ll play a key part in delivering outstanding support to our clients across a wide range of technologies — from Microsoft 365 and Azure to on-prem and hybrid environments.

Day-to-day, you'll be:

Resolving client support tickets and incidents across desktops, cloud and server infrastructure

Visiting client sites on a rotational basis, providing on-the-ground support

Investigating automated alerts and proactively resolving issues

Administering, patching, and upgrading Microsoft-based environments

Collaborating with Microsoft and third-party vendors on advanced troubleshooting

What We’re Looking For

Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies (e.g., Teams, Azure, Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop)

A current Microsoft certification - or equivalent knowledge

Confidence managing tickets, owning tasks through to resolution, and keeping clients informed

Experience in an MSP or multi-client environment (a plus)

Knowledge of Cisco, Meraki, or similar network devices (a plus)

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
